Do you or someone you know own a business that pays taxes to the State of Connecticut?
Do you work for a company that pays taxes?

Would you like to redirect tax payments to a worthy cause?
That’s what you can do through the Connecticut Neighborhood Assistance Act (NAA) Tax Credit Program. This program provides a corporation business tax credit to businesses who make a donation to The Perry House Foundation, Inc. through this program. That’s right, when you contribute to one of Stratford’s oldest houses, for energy efficiency and structural improvements, you will get a credit towards your state business taxes!

Donate and Receive a Tax Credit.
Each business requesting a tax credit must electronically submit Form NAA-02 through the DRS website by October 1st. When completing the form, choose Stratford as the municipality and Perry House Foundation, Inc. as the organization.

What is The Perry House Foundation?
The Perry House Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established in 2004 with the responsibility for managing and operating the historic Perry House in Stratford, one of Stratford’s oldest houses. Its mission is to preserve and protect the historic property known as the Perry House and to promote appreciation for the historic, commercial, social, and recreational resources of the Town of Stratford, and provide educational and cultural programs that interpret the past for present and future generations.

Please act fast.
To participate, the NAA-02 Form must be completed by October 1st. Please forward this information to your employer, or if you own a business, please consider participating.

Thank you.

Redirect your tax payment and help us with energy efficiencies and structural improvements to keep the Historic Perry House a viable asset to our community.

STRATFORD, CT – Show your love for Stratford’s rich, vibrant Museum Community this Valentine’s Day! On February 14th, visit www.stratfordhiddengems.com and make a gift to your favorite Stratford museum, or spread the love and support them all with one gift.

The inaugural Stratford Museums Giving Day is an opportunity to support Stratford’s ten eclectic museums, which are among this historic town’s most treasured assets.

“Each Stratford museum is a ‘hidden gem’ with a unique story to tell. Intriguing artifacts that help tell those stories date back hundreds of years and are preserved and displayed with great care,” shares a proud Stratford Mayor Laura R. Hoydick. “Gifts received through Stratford Museums Giving Day will help ensure that these stories are told for generations to come.”

For a list and locations of Stratford’s museums, please visit www.stratfordhiddengems.com. The site features an interactive map linking users to each museum’s website.
